What is PHV Prep UK?
It's a study app that helps drivers prepare for the Wolverhampton private hire vehicle ("taxi badge") licensing exam, with practice questions, timed mock exams, progress tracking, and an AI Tutor.
Is Premium a subscription?
No. PHV Prep Premium is a one-off payment that gives you lifetime access. There is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge.
How do I restore my purchase?
If you've already bought Premium — for example on another device, or after reinstalling — open the Premium screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy it.
I paid but Premium isn't showing
First try Restore Purchases on the Premium screen. If it still doesn't unlock, email [email protected] with the email address on your account and we'll sort it out.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We'll remove your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
